About me

I qualified in 2014 with an MA Distinction in Dramatherapy from the University of Roehampton, which offers a unique and world renowned course in the Ritual Theatre Process of Dramatherapy.

I have since worked providing group and individual therapy to people of all ages and with a huge range of needs in many settings. This has been in education, both mainstream and PRU’s, primary and secondary. I have also worked for charities, social interest companies, and in the community with charity funding.

I have experience with a broad range of clients, particularly hard to reach young people and adults. I have extensive experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

I also have a private practice based in Finsbury Park, North London, where I work with children and adults, including Dramatherapy trainees.

I am passionate about my work and Dramatherapy.  My practice places a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and providing a nurturing and safe space for emotional and creative exploration. I am committed to providing uniquely tailored interventions and finding the best ways of working to support each individual in their healing and development.

Some specific interests of mine include attachment, trauma, Internal Family Systems (Theatres of the Psyche: the characters within ourselves), engaging hard to reach groups, and working outside of classical spaces, particularly in nature.

I am a member if The British Association of Dramatherapists (BADth) and a registrant of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
